A Settings redesign that moved feature activation during trial.

AI features buried in the wrong place don't convert. I diagnosed a mental model mismatch in Arlo's settings architecture and redesigned the IA for 5.7M users — shipped as a live experiment.

I've written accessibility specs for engineering handoff, taught developers how to implement focus order and ARIA roles, and caught contrast failures that passed internal UI review. I treat accessibility as a design-engineering partnership, not an audit checkbox.
